Ingredients


250 g dried beans, soak for 1-2 hours, set aside
500 g veal ribs

2 stalk celery, sliced
1 btr nutmeg, crushed

How to Make Bruine Bonen Soep:

  • Boil beans until half cooked, remove and drain.
