Recipe Cane Bread   



INGREDIENTS:

500 grams of wheat flour
2 chicken eggs
1/2 tsp salt
160 ml of boiled water
1 tablespoon cumin oil

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Mix the boiled water with the eggs, salt, and cumin oil, mix well.
2. Mix flour with egg ingredients, mix well, knead until smooth.
3. Divide the dough into 7 sections, form balls and cover with clean towel. Let stand for 1 hour.
4. Take the dough, spread a thin, spread with cumin oil and then roll bun shape and rest for 1/2 hours.
5. Heat a flat pan, give a little cumin oil. Take the dough, flatten and fry until browned and cooked through, remove from heat. Put in a dish, serve with curry goat.
