Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipes


ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, skinless
  • 2 pieces of sliced ​​roast beef (roast beef)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

skin:

  • wheat flour (plain flour)
  • bread flour (bread crumbs)
  • 1 egg beaten

How to:

  • 1. Cut the chicken breasts horizontally (landscape), but do not get cut off. Open in the middle, coat with mustard, salt & pepper.
  • 2. Place the roast beef in tengah2 chicken breasts, cover again. If necessary, skewer with a toothpick so as not to open. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

ingredients:

2 pieces of smoked beef
2 pieces of mozzarella cheese
1-2 eggs, beaten
50 g flour
50 g of bread flour
Salt and pepper
100 g French Fries

How to make:


     Cut chicken breast lengthwise to open and shaped like a butterfly.
     Wrap in plastic and then at-bat at the meat until flattened.

Recipe Ingredients Besugo :


  •      500 grams of potatoes

  •      1 teaspoon olive oil
  •      sufficient water
  •      1 1/2 kg fish fillets
  •      100 grams of green pepper, sliced
  •      1 tablespoon parsley slices
  •      salt to taste
  •      vinegar to taste

How to Make Besugo :


  •      Peel potatoes and cut with a thickness of 1/2 cm. Arrange potatoes and garlic on a baking sheet and sown with pieces of onion and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Sprinkle with olive oil and add half a glass of water. Bake potatoes in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  •      Marinate fish fillets dengna paprika, salt, pepper, and vinegar, then set aside. Remove potatoes from oven, place it on the surface of the fish fillet. Add a little water, bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes. Remove the fish and potatoes.
  •      Serve while hot.
