Recipes Potatoes Ongklok Dried shrimp

Recipes Potatoes Ongklok 

ingredients:

  • 500 g potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter

topping:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, soaked in warm water until fluffy, toasted, drained, finely crushed
  • 1 teaspoon minced chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp powdered nori

How to make:


  • Steam the potatoes until cooked. Lift.
  • While hot, stir the potatoes with butter until slightly bruised.
  • Sprinkle Topping ingredients. Serve hot.


topping:


  • Saute the garlic until fragrant.
  • Enter the dried shrimp and other ingredients, stirring until dry. Lift.
