Recipes Bonen Bruine Soep

Ingredients


250 g dried beans, soak for 1-2 hours, set aside
500 g veal ribs
2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
1 pc onion, roughly chopped
3 pcs tomatoes, sliced
5 stalk green onion, roughly sliced
2 stalk celery, sliced
1 btr nutmeg, crushed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 liters of water, to boil
2 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons margarine, for frying
2 tablespoons onion, for topping

How to Make Bruine Bonen Soep:

  • Boil beans until half cooked, remove and drain.
  • Boil the beef ribs, nutmeg and salt with red bean cooking water. Cook until half-cooked ribs and enter the red beans. Cook returned to the ribs and red beans cooked and tender.
  • Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes until fragrant. Put it in the broth, add sliced ​​celery, green onion, and pepper. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Lift.

  • Serve while hot and sprinkle with fried onions.
