prep time: 5 min
total: 5 min plus freezing time

Ingredients :

500 ml natural fruit juice: I have used apricot, and pinneaple and berries
Ice cube trays
1 liter water

Preparation:

Pour fruit juice in ice cube trays. Freeze for 24 hours. Put fruit ice cubes until 1/4 of glass, and fill in with water. Serve immediately.

DutchEggplant Syrup Recipe Ingredients:


  •      dutch eggplant 4 kg, halved
  •      4 kg of sugar
  •      4 liters of water
  •      citrunzuur 4 teaspoon
  •      4 teaspoon of sodium benzoate
  •      pink food coloring to taste
  •      eggplant Netherlands

How to Make Syrup Eggplant Netherlands:


  •      Dutch dredging eggplant flesh. Mix the eggplant flesh Dutch and 500 ml of water. Puree in a blender. Set aside.
  •      Boil the remaining water, put sugar. boil over medium heat until boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  •      Cook the eggplant juice, stirring until boiling dutch. Lift.
  •      Add citrunzuur and sodium benzoate, stir well.
  •      Pack the syrup in a bottle, seal tightly.
  •      The syrup is ready for market.

For 5 bottles @ 650 ml

   "  Choose a ripe eggplant dutch.

     If you want a bit of liquid syrup, sugar and water use ratio 2: 1 instead of 1: 1.

     So that no dirt syrup, strain before the syrup is packaged in a bottle."

Lemon Grass Tea Recipe Ingredients:


  •      50 grams of lemongrass
  •      2 liters of water
  •      50 ml lime juice
  •      50 ml of honey
  •      170 ml of simple syrup
  •      ice cubes, crushed

How to Make Lemon Grass Tea:


  •      Wash lemon grass, grilled over a fire until fragrant. Crushed.
  •      Bake in hot oven temperature of 130 degrees C for 10 minutes until wilted. Lift.
  •      Boil water and lemon grass until browned like tea. Lift. Chill. Filter.
  •      Toss with lime juice, honey, and syrup until blended simpke.
  •      Serve with ice cubes.

  •      30 grams of flour hunkwe
  •      15 grams of rice flour
  •      250 ml of water
  •      100 ml passion fruit syrup

  •      3 fresh passion fruit

How to Make Cendol Ice Passion Fruit:


  •      Cendol: hunkwe boiled flour, rice flour, water, passion fruit syrup, and yellow coloring, stirring until thickened and bubbling.
  •      Pour in mold cendol placed on the bowl of ice water. Press dough up falling into the water.
  •      Serve with gravy and accessories.
