Malaysian Chicken Curry Recipe

Recipe Malaysian Chicken Curry  

Malaysian Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients:


  •      2 chicken tail, ppotong into 20 sections, fry 3/4 cooked
  •      size is 5 pieces potatoes, boiled and diced
  •      curry leaves to taste
  •      cinnamon 4 cm
  •      star anise / deaf to taste
  •      3 pieces of onion, chopped
  •      10 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  •      10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  •      ginger 4 cm
  •      2 teaspoons of acid
  •      chili powder 1 tablespoon dried
  •      1 packet of instant curry spices
  •      water 100 ml
  •      150 ml coconut milk
  •      2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to Make Chicken Curry Malaysia:


  •      Dissolve the curry seasoning with water and set aside.
  •      Heat the vegetable oil, saute the onions, shallots, garlic, curry leaves and ginger until fragrant.
  •      Add chicken and curry seasoning solution. Stir well.
  •      Add coconut milk and cook, stirring over low heat until boiling.
  •      Enter the acid, sugar and salt, put the potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Serve.

For 4-5 servings
