Malaysian Chicken Curry Recipe
Malaysian Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 chicken tail, ppotong into 20 sections, fry 3/4 cooked
- size is 5 pieces potatoes, boiled and diced
- curry leaves to taste
- cinnamon 4 cm
- star anise / deaf to taste
- 3 pieces of onion, chopped
- 10 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
- ginger 4 cm
- 2 teaspoons of acid
- chili powder 1 tablespoon dried
- 1 packet of instant curry spices
- water 100 ml
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to Make Chicken Curry Malaysia:
- Dissolve the curry seasoning with water and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil, saute the onions, shallots, garlic, curry leaves and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken and curry seasoning solution. Stir well.
- Add coconut milk and cook, stirring over low heat until boiling.
- Enter the acid, sugar and salt, put the potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Serve.
For 4-5 servings
