Tom Kha Gai Recipe Ingredients:
1.fillet 350 grams chicken, cut the length of size 1 × 5 cm
2.jamur straw (White) 150 grams, dip in boiling water, drained
3.cabai red pepper 7 pieces, crushed
400 ml chicken stock 4.air
5.santan 800 ml of 1/2 coconut
Tom Kha Gai Seasoning recipe:
A. 3 stalks lemongrass
2.lengkuas 6 cm
4 sheets lime 3.daun
4. lemon juice 3 tablespoons
5. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
6. granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon
7.garam to taste
Tom Kha Gai How to Make:
- Mix the chicken broth, lemon grass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer over medium heat until boiling.
-Add chicken, mushrooms, salt, lime juice, fish sauce and sugar. Cook until done.
-Pour the coconut milk and add the cayenne pepper, and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling. Remove and serve.

Tom Kha Gai cooking tips:
Chicken broth made from boiling chicken bones. Drain the chicken bones and discard the cooking water first. Boil again until boiling. To be more pleasant add a piece of onion, celery, cilantro and black pepper grains.
Chicken broth can be stored in a freezer and last for 3 months.
