Macaroni Cheese Sausage

Macaroni Cheese Sausage 

ingredient


¼ onion
1 piece of beef sausage
140 grams of dried macaroni
1 carrot
1 potato
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
260 ml fresh milk
2 tablespoons of frozen peas
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese (grated)
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt

Processing Method


1 Clean, chopped onions. Set aside.
2 Cut the beef sausage. Set aside.
3 Boil dry macaroni until tender. Set aside.
4 Boil the carrots until tender. Set aside.
5 Clean, cut into small pieces, boil potatoes until tender. Set aside.
6 Heat the butter until melted. Saute onion until soft.
7 Enter the sausage, stirring until stiff.
8 Put the flour. Stir well.
9 Enter the milk. Stir until boiling.
10 Enter the macaroni, carrots, peas, potatoes, cheese, pepper powder, nutmeg powder and salt.
11 Simmer until boiling and thickened. Lift.
12 Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Servings for two people.
