Recipes Sambal Goreng Ati
Materials needed:
- 250 grams of beef liver, boiled until cooked, then cut into cubes the size of 1x1 cm- 150 grams potatoes, peeled and diced then clean 1x1 cm
- Petai according to taste. Split into two parts
- 150 ml liquid milk
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar shaved
- 4 large red chili fruit. Seeded, thinly sliced and fried
- 1 Trunk Lemongrass, geprek
- 1 bay leaf sheet
- A segment of galangal, crushed
- Fried onion topping.
Spices:
- 2 cloves garlic- 3 cloves Onion
- 7 large red chilli fruit
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- Salt and sugar to taste
How to make:
A. Heat oil and fry the potatoes that have been cut in the size of the cubes until cooked. Lift and drain.2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté ground spices, lemon grass, bay leaves and ginger until fragrant aroma has wafted.
3. Add crushed red sugar, then stir until blended. Enter the beef liver, fried banana and potatoes, stirring gently until blended.
4. Pour the coconut milk, coconut milk and cook until liquid is shrinking.
5. Enter the fried red chillies, stir and then remove and serve.
6. As a complement to sprinkle fried shallots on top.
