Recipes Pineapple cheese pastry 

Pineapple cheese pastry ingredients:


     Flour, 225 grams
     Egg yolks, 2 eggs
     Refined sugar, 20 grams
     Milk powder, 2 tablespoons
     Butter, 100 grams -> shake
     Old cheese, 50 grams -> grated
     Thick pineapple marmalade, 3 tablespoons


Gloss Ingredients:


     Brass egg, 1 egg
     Water, 1 tablespoon
     Grated cheese, 25 grams (sprinkles)


How to make Pineapple cheese pastry:


     Mix butter, sugar, eggs, milk. Stir until blended.
     Toss with cheese. Stir.
     Mix with flour. Stir with wooden spoon.
     Take the dough of a marble. Fill with pineapple. Squeeze. Spherical shape.
     Put the butter in a polished brass.
     Polishing the yolk. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
     170 degrees Celsius oven until dry and mature.
