Recipes Macaroon

ingredients:


300 g almond powder
300 g icing sugar / powdered sugar
110 g egg whites
½ teaspoon dye cake to taste

Ways of making:


     macaroon:


     Mix the almond powder and icing sugar, add egg whites and stir well.
     Add food coloring (paste or powder form)
     Boil water and sugar until it reaches a temperature of 118 C, and pour into egg whites.
     Beat with mixer until stiff.
     Mix both the dough until smooth and fluffy.
     Prepare a tray, coat Silvat or parchment paper, then with a piping bag, spray a round shape.
     Let it rest on the tray, for an hour and burn at a temperature of 160 C. for 12-14 minutes.
     Form the dough-making (filing) melted white chocolate, add the hot cream and glucose. Mix until smooth, and add the flavor / smell like lavender, rose, mint kafir lime, lemongrass, or can use the fruit Jam, Mouseline cream and other variations
     Spread batter in the bottom of the contents of the cake and then unite with the other cake.
     Serve.
