Ingredients
- 2 sheets pie crust, or puff pastry
- filling: cream cheese, smoked salmon and arugula, foie and caramelised onion, cheese and peperoni,…
- Cookie cutters
- Wooden sticks or lollipop sticks
Directions
- Heart pies
- Roll out pie cruest, and using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out 24 hearts
- Place filling on one heart, brush borders with some water or beaten
egg, place the stick, pressing down, and place the other heart on top.
Press borders to seal (you might decorate the borders pressing with a
fork)
- Bake at 400º F for about 10-15 minutes
- Let cool and serve
- Round pie pops: Roll out dough, and distribute filling on it. Roll dough again, and cut into thick slices.
- Bake at 400º F for about 10-15 minutes
- Let cool a few minutes
- Insert stick and serve
