Cream chicken fettucini Recipes
ingredient
125 grams fettucinni
½ broccoli
150 grams of chicken breast
3 cloves garlic
100 ml heavy cream
2 chicken eggs
100 ml whole milk without feeling
50 grams of grated cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon butter
Processing Method
1 Boil until cooked fettucini.
2 Clean the broccoli, cut in flowerets.
3 Clean the chicken breasts, cut into cubes.
4 Clean the garlic, chopped finely.
5 Dissolve half the heavy cream 2 egg yolks.
6 Heat the butter and margarine. Saute the garlic until fragrant.
7 Put the chicken meat. Cook until it changes color.
8 Put broccoli, milk, cheese and half the heavy cream. Stir gently until the sauce has thickened and smooth.
9 Enter fetucinni, salt and pepper powder. Cook until the liquid thickens.
10 Put the cream and egg yolk mixture, stirring quickly until egg is cooked. Lift.
