Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

Recipe Chicken Cacciatore  

Chicken Cacciatore Recipe Ingredients:


     large pieces of chicken with the skin 4 pieces
     extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
     smoked bacon / pancetta 3 pieces
     3 tablespoons chicken broth
     1 medium onion pieces, chopped
     1 stalk celery large size fruit, chopped
     1 small carrot, peeled and chopped
     3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
     350 gram tin of tomato sauce
     300 grams of canned button mushrooms, thinly sliced
     1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
     English sauce 1 tablespoon
     5 black olive fruit, thinly sliced
     pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
     salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Cacciatore:


     Use a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil and cook bacon until dry smiked. Remove, drain and chop. Set aside.
     Use the same pan. Cook the chicken until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
     Enter the chicken broth in skillet. Bombayy add onions, celery, carrot and garlic. Stir well. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat, about 5 minutes.
     Add bacon, balsamic vinegar and sauces English. Stir until blended.
     Add mushrooms, black olive and tomato sauce. Stir well.
     Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
     Add chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cook, covered behind until chicken seasoning. Lift. Serve.
