DutchEggplant Syrup Recipe Ingredients:


  •      dutch eggplant 4 kg, halved
  •      4 kg of sugar
  •      4 liters of water
  •      citrunzuur 4 teaspoon
  •      4 teaspoon of sodium benzoate
  •      pink food coloring to taste
  •      eggplant Netherlands

How to Make Syrup Eggplant Netherlands:


  •      Dutch dredging eggplant flesh. Mix the eggplant flesh Dutch and 500 ml of water. Puree in a blender. Set aside.
  •      Boil the remaining water, put sugar. boil over medium heat until boiling, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  •      Cook the eggplant juice, stirring until boiling dutch. Lift.
  •      Add citrunzuur and sodium benzoate, stir well.
  •      Pack the syrup in a bottle, seal tightly.
  •      The syrup is ready for market.

For 5 bottles @ 650 ml

tips:


   "  Choose a ripe eggplant dutch.

     If you want a bit of liquid syrup, sugar and water use ratio 2: 1 instead of 1: 1.

     So that no dirt syrup, strain before the syrup is packaged in a bottle."
