DutchEggplant Syrup Recipe Ingredients:
- dutch eggplant 4 kg, halved
- 4 kg of sugar
- 4 liters of water
- citrunzuur 4 teaspoon
- 4 teaspoon of sodium benzoate
- pink food coloring to taste

How to Make Syrup Eggplant Netherlands:
- Dutch dredging eggplant flesh. Mix the eggplant flesh Dutch and 500 ml of water. Puree in a blender. Set aside.
