Recipe Ingredients Besugo :
- 100 grams of green pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley slices
How to Make Besugo :
- Peel potatoes and cut with a thickness of 1/2 cm. Arrange potatoes and garlic on a baking sheet and sown with pieces of onion and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Sprinkle with olive oil and add half a glass of water. Bake potatoes in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- Marinate fish fillets dengna paprika, salt, pepper, and vinegar, then set aside. Remove potatoes from oven, place it on the surface of the fish fillet. Add a little water, bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes. Remove the fish and potatoes.
